(19) Come & Try Bush Action Team Day – Echunga Stringybark Reserve, Berry Road, Echunga. (adjacent Jupiteer Creek Goldfields) Discover the joys of caring for some of our most precious habitat. Stringybark Reserve is a beautiful open Stringybark Forest, an eco-system which is in sharp decline in the Adelaide Hills. This highly diverse forest hosts over 130 native plant species and it is a haven for woodland birds. At this event you can actively support this site by removing invasive weed species. No prior skills or knowledge required as all training and equipment is provided on the day. There is some bending involved as well as walking short distances over uneven ground.
